The answer is simple: follow your bliss. When you love what you’re doing, you’re inspired. Being inspired is being “in spirit”, or in the flow of life. You can’t go wrong when you are following your inspiration and pursuing your bliss.
Now, having said that, that doesn’t mean life will always be rosy and easy. You will still experience challenges and the ‘downs’ of life, even when you’re following your inspiration and bliss. Not because you’ve gone off-track, but simply because they are just as much a part of life as the joys and ‘ups’ are.
Another important point is that following your bliss means tuning into your deepest inner knowing, listening to your inner voice, and following its wise guidance. It does not mean doing whatever the ego thinks might be fun. There is a big difference.
Having said that, when you follow what brings you joy, you are on track, pursuing your path, and in the flow of life. You are right where you’re meant to be, living purposefully (even if it appears that you’re not really ‘doing’ anything). Remember, some people are called to just ‘be’.
Follow your bliss and you’ll be exactly where you’re meant to be, always.
