The time will never be exactly right; the resources will never be fully in place; you will never be totally prepared. So if you’ve been moved or inspired to do/create/be something, what are you waiting for?
It has been said that Edison tried 1,000 ways to make a light bulb before he actually got it to work. When asked about the many failures, he explained that he didn’t fail 1,000 times; rather, he ruled out 1,000 possible ways of doing it.
When you are inspired to create, how persistent are you? When inspiration strikes you, do you allow it to move you? Or do you simply notice and watch it?
“Do you think the most stunning, celebrated, and adept dancer in the entire world could become so by only ever dancing to the most brilliant, illuminating, and clever music in the world? Or would they freak, hip-hop, and tango to every riff, beat, and la-bamba within earshot?” (Mike Dooley)
When you feel the stirrings of life welling up within you, nudging your soul with dreams and ideas, I encourage you to do more than just take notice — take it and run with it!
Get your analytical mind out of the way so it’s not prejudging things as ‘not possible’, ‘not realistic’, or ‘no one’s ever done that before’. Allow your spirit to burst forth with your newest talent or offering, ready to share it with the world, even when you don’t feel 100% ready.
When you’re feeling a strong, driving inspiration, trust that all of life is behind you, cheering you on! So with all of life on your side, what are you waiting for?

wonderful inspiration – oh that more and more of us would step out and be brave. The world awaits us.
Joss, The world indeed is waiting. I’m so glad you are stepping out there in such a big way. Thanks for sharing.
