What if I were to tell you…

that everything you do, every word, every action matters to someone

that your joy is contagious, even when you don’t realize it

that the potential within you is far greater than you could ever imagine

that you don’t have to be smart or beautiful or rich to change the world

that your emotions are valuable and to be honored

that one person can and does make a difference

that you don’t have to be the way you were yesterday; today is a new day

that everything you feel is a result of how you choose to respond to life’s experiences

that there is no right or wrong, good or bad, only our interpretation of life

that everyone has a beautiful soul (yes, even those you think are evil)

that your essence is sheer perfection and nothing can change that fact

that it is entirely possible to live peacefully and happily in the human realm

that you are made of stardust (yes, of the exact same elements that make up the stars)

that you are inherently valuable, without having to do a thing

that becoming more spiritual requires you to be more and more human

that you are capable of anything you can dream up

that words can hurt (sometimes more than sticks and stones)

that animals (both tame and wild) are far more tuned into us than we realize

that god is everywhere and in everything

that there are no coincidences; they only appear that way to our limited 3-D brains

that life supports you in every way, even when it feels quite the opposite

that you are deeply loved and infinitely loveable

that your heart has the power to touch the lives of many, many people

that your life matters, more than you know

that we are all part of a greater whole — there is no ‘I’, except in our perception

that you are a wave within a vast, infinite ocean

that science doesn’t know the half of it (probably less than a trillionth of it)

that anything is possible

that there is no ‘there’ to get to, no ‘state of being’ to achieve

that the light of the world emanates from your very center
